Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse. Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders up to $150 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can review your case.
